Last updated 2026. These terms cover WhisperAI Studio and every product on it — WhisperAI Bots, WhisperAI Webvibe, WhisperAI Terminal, WhisperAI Models (including the WhisperAI Models public API), WhisperAI Composer, WhisperAI Market and WhisperAI Ads.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. WhisperAI Bots can generate adult material, so there is no under-18 tier and no exceptions. By signing up you confirm you are an adult in your jurisdiction and that adult content is legal where you live.
You are responsible for your credentials and for everything created under your account. Accounts are personal; do not share logins or resell access. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the platform, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
Paid features run on gems (Bots and Terminal), credits (Webvibe) and prepaid usage blocks (Models, $25–$1,000). Purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions and memberships renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time in account settings and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Gems, credits and usage blocks are a licence to use compute, not currency. They have no cash value, are non-transferable and are generally non-refundable once spent on a generation, an API call or a training run. If a run fails on our side, tell us and we will restore the spend.
WhisperAI routes your requests to third-party and self-hosted models across six categories: text chat, code, image generation, video and image animation, talking-avatar generation, and music, sound effects and voice audio. The available catalogue includes models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic-class reasoning providers, Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs and other vendors, plus models you train yourself in Terminal. Model availability, versions, capabilities, context limits and prices change without notice, and a model may be withdrawn by its provider at any time.
Rates are metered per 1,000 tokens (text and code), per finished image, and per second of finished video, avatar, music or other audio output. Music generated in WhisperAI Composer is billed per second of finished audio from the same prepaid wallet as Models; new Composer accounts receive a small one-time trial credit, which has no cash value and expires when used. Live rate charts for every membership level are shown in the Models app; the rate displayed at the time of a run is the rate charged. Memberships reduce rates but never make a run free.
Facial-continuity and image-animation features send the reference images you supply to the model provider. Only upload reference portraits of yourself, of fictional characters, or of people who have consented — see section 8.
API keys issued in the Models app are personal to your account. You are responsible for everything done with your key, including spend. Keys are rate-limited, may be revoked for abuse, and must not be shared, resold or embedded in client-side code. You must also comply with the upstream model providers' own usage policies.
You keep ownership of the characters, worlds, prompts, apps and models you create. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and to run it through the AI providers we use to fulfil your requests.
Content you explicitly submit to a public library (shared characters, worlds, presets) may be shown to other users and moderated or removed by us.
WhisperAI supports explicit, uncensored adult fiction between consenting fictional adults on models marked unfiltered. It is always opt-in and never enabled by default.
Content that is illegal is banned outright and is not a matter of preference or settings. See the Content Policy for the full list. Attempting to generate prohibited material may result in immediate termination and, where the law requires it, a report to authorities.
AI output is generated, not verified. It can be wrong, offensive, or unintentionally similar to existing work. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, and review anything you publish or ship.
Do not use WhisperAI to harass real people, impersonate someone to deceive, generate sexual content of real identifiable people without consent, spam, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or build competing services on top of our compute at scale.
Tracks, stems, sound effects, mixes and music videos you generate in WhisperAI Composer are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and to the upstream audio providers' policies. We claim no ownership of your compositions, but we cannot guarantee that generated audio is free of similarity to existing works — clear anything you release commercially.
Do not prompt for, upload or attempt to clone the voice, likeness or performance of a real person without their consent, and do not use Composer to reproduce copyrighted songs, master recordings or lyrics you do not have rights to. Performer facial continuity in music videos follows the same reference-image rules as section 4: only use portraits of yourself, of fictional characters, or of people who have consented.
Music, SFX and audio runs are billed per second of finished output and are non-refundable once rendered, except where a run fails on our side.
WhisperAI Market is an information and research tool only. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, commodity or other instrument. Dip scores, strategy presets, alerts and news sentiment are algorithmic estimates that can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Market data is supplied by third-party providers and may be delayed, cached, adjusted or unavailable. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and exchange session indicators are approximations that do not account for every holiday or halt.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhisperAI Studio accepts no liability for any profit, loss or damages arising from use of Market. Market is sold as a subscription, billed in advance and non-refundable for the period already started; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period.
WhisperAI Ads generates advertising creatives and copy from information you supply, including your website. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every claim in an ad you publish, for holding the rights to any material you ask us to scan or use, and for complying with the rules of any site you advertise on.
The directory of advertising sites is compiled and verified automatically. Listings, prices, minimums and acceptance rules belong to those third parties and can change or be wrong. We do not control them, do not guarantee that an ad will be accepted, published or perform, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and an advertising site. Where you ask us to prepare or submit a listing on your behalf, you authorise that action and remain the advertiser of record.
Ads is prepaid: credit is purchased in advance, spent per job at the prices shown before each run, and is non-refundable once a job completes. Failed jobs are refunded automatically to your Ads balance. Credit has no cash value and is not transferable.
WhisperAI Dungeons lets a Game Master invite friends into a shared campaign so a party can play together in real time. You can invite players with a shareable link or code, by their @username, from your list of past party members, or through an open table code, and you can post to the bulletin board to find players or find a game to join.
When you join a campaign you become a member of that party. The Game Master (the player who created the campaign) controls who is at the table, can remove players, and may end or close the campaign at any time. Party text chat is shared between members; keep it respectful, and do not share personal contact details or prohibited material in chat. WhisperAI Dungeons does not record voice; party chat is text only.
Characters you create in a shared campaign are yours, but they are visible to the other party members while the campaign is active. The Game Master may edit or remove any character in their campaign. Bulletin-board postings are public to other Dungeons players; do not post personal information, offensive content, or solicitations outside the platform.
Gameplay in a shared or solo session is billed by time: starting a play session opens a window of GM narration access, charged as a flat gem cost for the session or covered by an active subscription. Sessions are a licence to use compute for that window and are non-refundable once started, except where a session fails on our side. Players you invite are responsible for their own session time and gem balance.
The service is provided "as is". Models, prices and features change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the platform, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
