Whisper is a private AI companion app. You must be 18+ to use it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: email and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in if used).
- Content you create: characters, bots, personas, worlds, presets, chat messages, pinned moments, and generated images or audio.
- Usage data: basic logs required to operate the service (timestamps, errors, request metadata).
How your data is used
Your content is stored in your account and used to power your chats and generations. Chat messages and prompts are sent to AI model providers to produce responses, images, and voice output. Your creations are private to you and are not shared with other users.
Third-party processors
We rely on service providers for hosting, database, authentication, and AI model inference (text, image, and speech). Prompts and outputs are transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your request.
Retention & deletion
Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual items in-app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support.
Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
Age requirement
Whisper is for adults 18 and over. Do not use the service if you are underage.
