Content Policy

WhisperAI is an adult platform. We do not police your taste in fiction — we police legality. This policy applies across WhisperAI Bots, Webvibe and Terminal.

Allowed

Explicit content is available on models marked unfiltered. It is opt-in: filters stay on until you turn them off, and nothing explicit appears by default.

  • ·Explicit sexual roleplay and imagery between fictional adult characters
  • ·Graphic violence, horror and dark themes in fiction
  • ·Kink, fetish and taboo fantasy scenarios involving fictional adults
  • ·Profanity, crude humour and morally grey or villainous characters
  • ·Unfiltered models, chosen deliberately by you, for any of the above

Prohibited — no exceptions

These are blocked by automated moderation and by our providers. Attempts are logged and can end your account immediately.

  • ·Any sexual content involving minors, or characters presented as minors — real, fictional, drawn, described, or age-ambiguous
  • ·Sexual content depicting real identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes of public figures
  • ·Non-consensual sexual content presented as real rather than clearly fictional roleplay
  • ·Content sexualising or depicting real-world abuse victims, trafficking or bestiality
  • ·Instructions for weapons, explosives, biological or chemical agents, or other real-world serious harm
  • ·Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing or incitement to violence against real people
  • ·Terrorist, extremist recruitment or hate propaganda targeting protected groups
  • ·Fraud, malware, credential theft or other criminal tooling

Age and access

Accounts are 18+ only. Every character you create or use must be an adult. Ambiguity is resolved against you: if a character reads as a minor, the request is refused.

Enforcement and appeals

Moderation runs on prompts and generated media. Refusals return a policy-violation notice. Repeated or severe violations end the account without refund. To appeal, email botssupport@whisperaistudio.com with your username and the time of the block.
